First run
01Open the file. macOS will refuse it the first time — right-click, Open, then Open again.
02Skip the setup screens if you want; every default can be changed later in Settings.
03Drop in the longest file you have. Short clips will not tell us much.
04Leave the AI option off for the first pass so you see what local detection finds on its own.
